Leanna is a native-born Austinite with a passion for the many natural amenities the great outdoors has to offer. She comes from a close-knit family that was constantly home-improving. With her father being a licensed inspector, general contractor, and handyman, Leanna gained invaluable experience at an early age. You could often find her assisting in various projects, from laying the home foundation to shingling a roof.
Leanna’s great love is film. She attended Oral Roberts University, graduating with high honors in Drama/Television/Film. She was honored at graduation with the award, “Most Outstanding Senior in the Communication Arts Department”. Leanna was also accepted into the Los Angeles Film Studies Center, a capstone program dedicated to immersing its students in a real-world application. She found her niche in the documentary film world winning over 40 awards across the globe for her candid and raw storytelling style.
After finding great success in film, Leanna came home to Austin to raise her 2 children surrounded by family. During this time, the real estate business called her name. Acting as assistant property manager for 4 years, diving into real estate came with ease, as it takes her back to her roots and blends her many film talents. Leanna brings a rare native understanding of the greater Austin area along with her ability to story tell a home’s future – the perfect unity of talent to make any person’s real estate dreams a reality.
